Mr. Baisley has been with Temple View since the start as one of our original Account Executives. He’s worked his way through the company serving as National Outside Sales Manager before being promoted to his current role as Director of Retail Sales. During his time with the company, he has helped retail production more than quadruple. He is responsible for managing the entire retail sales team, as well as tracking their corresponding production. James prides himself on training and developing his team of account executives and aims to impart a relationship driven approach to sales.  Before joining Temple View, James was a loss mitigation specialist working at another MCM-affiliated company.

Mr. Baisley earned a B.S. in Business Management and Economics from Empire State University in NY and a M.A. degree from Arizona State University.
